Subscriptions & Billing
UroQuizz offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock access to quizzes and reading material. The following plans are available:
- Monthly Subscription — billed monthly, auto-renews each month
- Yearly Subscription — billed annually, auto-renews each year
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free trial is available only once per user and will not be offered again after it has been used, regardless of any cancellation or re-subscription.
- iOS users subscribe via their Apple ID using Apple In-App Purchases.
- Android users subscribe via their Google account using Google Play Billing.
All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests must be managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, according to their respective policies.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions
Account & Data Deletion Requests
You may delete your account directly within the app at any time.
If you would like to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, you may submit a request by email.
Upon verification of your request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
